Step 1: Power up your PlayStation 4 console.
Step 2: Now, go to Settings > Network > View Connection Status.

Now, according to Sony’s advise you should open those port numbers.
For TCP = 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480
For UDP = 3478, 3479
Step 5: After forwarding mentioned ports to PlayStation 4, Click on Save changes.
Step 6: Finally, close the browser.

Alternative method[not recommended]: Go to DMZ Settings of your router using the manual. Then, enable DMZ and enter the IP Address of your PS4(noted before).
